Led a 30-member development team, mostly consisting of freshman university students, as Project Manager and Solution Architect to deliver a code-driven Battle Royale Game System, where players compete via programmed logic instead of manual controls. The system was successfully deployed at Codefest 2024, a major academic event organized by JS Club - where I also served as the Head Organizer.
